Our professional home stagers prepare your home for marketing photography. After all, the internet is your greatest marketing tool. Buyers look at pictures on-line to select which homes they actually want to preview. During this consultation, we will arrange artwork and accessories, tweak furniture placement and prepare your home for real estate photography.

Staging is all about dressing the house for sale. After the Staging Consultation and completion of the suggested tasks, our professional stagers arrive to provide the finishing touches. We will rearrange furniture, hang artwork, reposition accessories and restyle for optimal appeal. Staged homes sell for 6-10% more than non-staged homes. Quite a return on your investment!
$75 for the 1st Hour, $50 for each additional hour. Package pricing is available.

Accessory and Art Package

Accessory and Art Package

This service is available for the homeowner who needs help adding the WOW factor. After the Staging Consultation and completion of the suggested tasks, our professional home stagers will return with accessories and artwork to complement the home's decor. The accessories will include centerpieces for kitchen and dining room tables, tablescapes for coffee and end tables, and bathroom vanity accessories.
Packages begin at $200.
